Košice Man Smuggled Refugees to Freedom Through Bulgaria — And Was Never Caught

During the communist era in Czechoslovakia, a man from Košice, Slovakia's second-largest city, repeatedly helped people escape to the West through Bulgaria — and managed to evade capture throughout.
