Slovak Customs Officer Jailed After Threatening Wife with Knife, Destroying Her Phone

A Slovak customs officer has been taken into custody after allegedly threatening his wife with a knife and attacking her in a domestic violence incident. The accused threatened to kill his wife during the confrontation and also destroyed her mobile phone, preventing her from calling for help. Following the incident, authorities charged the man and a court ordered him held in pre-trial detention pending further proceedings.
