Slovak Doctor Treated Patients While Drunk, Blew Over 1.8 Promille Alcohol

A doctor in Slovakia was found to have been treating patients while heavily intoxicated, registering a blood alcohol level exceeding 1.8 promille — more than three times the legal limit for driving.
