Kuwaiti authorities have arrested six individuals connected to Hezbollah who were allegedly planning attacks against state symbols and leaders, the interior ministry announced. The suspects were accused of plotting "assassinations targeting state symbols and leaders and recruiting people to carry out these missions," according to an official statement. Five of the detained individuals are Kuwaiti citizens, while the nationality of the sixth person was not specified. The arrests represent a significant security operation in Kuwait, where Hezbollah activities are closely monitored due to regional tensions and the organization's designation as a terrorist group by several countries including the United States and Gulf Arab states.
