Single Foster Father Raises 8-Year-Old Girl in Stupava

Tomáš Hlatký, a single man from Stupava, is raising nearly 8-year-old Bibiana, whom he has been caring for as a foster parent. The girl calls him 'daddy' and he describes feeling as though he gave birth to her himself.
