Drunk Driver Crashes with Blood Alcohol Over 2.3 Promille, Faces Prison Charges

A drunk driver crashed his vehicle after getting behind the wheel with a blood alcohol level exceeding 2.3 promille, more than four times Slovakia's legal limit of 0.5 promille. Police have charged the driver with a criminal offense following the accident.
