Israel Warns Civilians in Lebanese City of Tyre Before Planned Hezbollah Strikes

Israel has warned residents of Tyre and surrounding camps in southern Lebanon to evacuate their homes immediately, announcing plans for targeted strikes against Hezbollah positions in the area. The Israeli military's warning comes as part of its ongoing conflict with Hezbollah, the Iran-backed militant group and political party that controls large parts of southern Lebanon. Hezbollah, which maintains both an armed wing and political representation in Lebanon's government, has been engaged in cross-border fighting with Israel since the group entered the conflict in March.
