€20 Million Residential Complex Planned on Outskirts of Prešov

A developer is planning a new residential complex called Rezidencia Teriana on the outskirts of Prešov, a city in northeastern Slovakia, with an investment of €20 million. The project will consist of three buildings containing a total of 164 apartments.
