Nitra Region Approves Grants for Child and Family Support Projects

The Nitra Self-Governing Region has approved funding for nine projects designed to help children and families across the region. The grants will support initiatives carried out by municipalities, civic associations, and non-profit organizations. The Nitra Self-Governing Region, one of Slovakia's eight regional governments, serves as an intermediate administrative level between the national government and local municipalities, with responsibilities including social services, education, and regional development programs.
