The Antimonopoly Office, which enforces competition law and investigates anti-competitive practices in Slovakia, penalized the companies for their failure to cooperate with the ongoing probe. The office has the authority to compel businesses to provide documents and information during investigations into potential violations of competition law, including price-fixing and market manipulation schemes.
