A developer has launched the next phase of the Nový Ružinov (New Ružinov) residential project in Bratislava, with construction underway on Bajkalská Street. The new phase will include apartment units and retail spaces, further expanding one of the city's ongoing large-scale urban development projects. Ružinov is one of Bratislava's most populous districts, and the Nový Ružinov development represents continued private investment in residential and commercial infrastructure in the Slovak capital.
