Memorial Plaque Unveiled at Bratislava Castle Near Saints Cyril, Methodius and Gorazd Sculpture

A memorial plaque was unveiled and ceremonially blessed at Bratislava Castle, positioned near the sculptural group depicting Saints Cyril, Methodius, and Gorazd — three figures central to the Christianization and cultural development of the Slavic peoples in the 9th century. The ceremony included a symbolic blessing of the plaque. Slovak official Raši described Bratislava Castle as a place where the history of Slovak statehood was written, underlining the site's symbolic national significance.
