Boating Season Returns to Štrbské Pleso as High Tatras Tourist Season Begins

Tourist activities have resumed at Štrbské Pleso, a popular mountain lake in Slovakia's High Tatras, with boating once again available to visitors. The reopening marks the start of the tourist season in the High Tatras mountain range, Slovakia's premier alpine destination and part of the Carpathian mountain system that forms the country's natural border with Poland. Cable cars and other tourist infrastructure are also operational, providing access to hiking trails and mountain peaks that attract both domestic and international visitors to one of Central Europe's most significant national parks.
