A major energy infrastructure upgrade has been completed in western Slovakia, with a new turbine installed at a power facility in Považská Bystrica. UCED, the energy division of Czech financial group Creditas, invested more than 11.5 million euros in modernizing the turbine. The upgrade is designed to strengthen the stability of Slovakia's electricity grid, improving the reliability of power supply in the region. The investment reflects continued efforts by private energy companies to modernize aging energy infrastructure across Central Europe.
