Slovak Senior Care Home Faces Bankruptcy After EU Fund Fraud, New Organization Takes Over Operations

The non-profit organization Seniorpark in Poprad is heading toward bankruptcy after being forced to repay improperly obtained European Union funds. The organization operates senior care homes in Kvetnica and Spišské Bystré that house 90 elderly residents. People behind the failing organization have already established a new entity called Seniorpark Co. to continue operating the care facilities and maintain services for the elderly residents. The development ensures continuity of care despite the financial collapse of the original organization.
