One of the accused allegedly threatened to shoot the woman in the kitchen of her family home, while the second man made threatening gestures suggesting he would cut her throat from his car. The charges fall under Slovakia's criminal code provisions for dangerous threatening behavior, which carries potential penalties including imprisonment for serious cases involving death threats.
