Three NHL rookies with Slovak connections named to All-Star rookie team

Three players with Slovak ties have been selected to the NHL's All-Star rookie team. The trio includes Schaefer, Dobeš, and Demidov, who were joined by defenseman Alexander Nikišin and forwards Beckett Sennecke and Jimmy Snuggerud to complete the six-player rookie All-Star squad. The selection recognizes the outstanding performance of first-year NHL players during the current season.
