The United States has charged a 63-year-old man named Jamshid Ghomi with selling prohibited computer equipment to Iran in violation of American sanctions. Justice Department officials confirmed that Ghomi faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of violating U.S. sanctions against Iran.
