Stropkov to Convert Shopping Center into 34 Apartments with EU and Loan Funding

The eastern Slovak town of Stropkov will reconstruct the Mier shopping center to create 34 residential apartments, with work set to begin after the local fair concludes. The renovated building will house 22 two-room apartments ranging from 48 to 66 square meters, ten three-room units between 70 and 75 square meters, and two single-room apartments of 31 square meters each. The municipal project has secured both grant funding and loan financing to complete the conversion of the commercial space into residential housing.
