Israeli Soldier Kills Palestinian Man in West Bank Village

An Israeli soldier shot and killed a 24-year-old Palestinian man in the village of Tayasir in the northern West Bank. The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Ramallah confirmed the death of the young man in the incident.
