Princess Bajrakitiyabha, the eldest daughter of Thailand's King Maha Vajiralongkorn, has died after spending three years in hospital. The 44-year-old princess suffered from an abdominal infection, and her condition continued to deteriorate despite medical treatment, according to a statement from the royal court office. The princess had been hospitalized since late 2022 when she collapsed while training her dogs for a competition in northeastern Thailand.
