Firefighters responded to a grain field fire in Trenčianske Stankovce, a village in western Slovakia, on Wednesday, just as one of the country's largest outdoor music festivals was getting underway nearby. The blaze broke out in a field close to Trenčín Airport, which serves as the venue for the Pohoda Festival — a major annual music and arts event that opened its gates the same day. Firefighters worked to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading further toward the festival grounds.
