Bratislava Evaluates Three Bids for Major Highway Modernization Project

Bratislava's city government is evaluating three proposals for the modernization of Ružinovská radiála, a major arterial road connecting the city center with the eastern Ružinov district. The contract is valued at over 100 million euros, making it one of the capital's largest infrastructure investments. The city has simultaneously launched a separate procurement process for project documentation related to the planned extension of Ružinovská radiála to the TIOP Ružinov commercial and office complex. The modernization project represents a significant effort to improve traffic flow in one of Bratislava's most congested corridors, which serves as a key route for commuters traveling between the city center and residential areas in the east.
