Slovakia has added 70 external defibrillators to its central registry, expanding the network of life-saving devices available for emergency response. The Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are portable first-aid devices designed to treat sudden cardiac arrest through cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The central registry helps emergency services and the public locate nearby defibrillators during medical emergencies, potentially saving lives when immediate medical intervention is critical.
