Car strikes group of schoolchildren in Netherlands, killing four including three children

A car collided with a group of schoolchildren near the Dutch village of Vogelwaarde close to the Belgian border, killing four people including three children. Police arrested a 19-year-old man and are investigating his involvement in the fatal accident. The incident occurred in the southwestern Netherlands in an area near the border with Belgium.
