New weekend trains to Ostrava to launch in late June

Slovakia will introduce new weekend train services to the Czech city of Ostrava starting in the second half of June. The routes are being developed through cooperation between Slovak rail operators, Czech Railways (České dráhy), and the Moravian-Silesian Region. The cross-border rail connection will provide passengers with enhanced weekend travel options between Slovakia and the major industrial city in eastern Czech Republic.
