Former Ukrainian Presidential Chief of Staff Jermak to Defend Soldiers' Rights After Corruption Investigation

Andriy Jermak, who previously served as chief of staff to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, has announced plans to advocate for soldiers' rights after leaving his government position. Jermak stepped down from his role as head of the Presidential Office in November 2023 following a raid by investigators from Ukraine's National Anti-Corruption Bureau on his residence. The former senior official had initially stated he would go to the front lines but has now chosen to focus on defending the rights of Ukrainian military personnel instead.
