Košice Ice Hockey Club Counting on Young Talents Timko, Varga, and Stančík

Slovak ice hockey club HC Košice is planning to include three young players — Timko, Varga, and Stančík — in their squad for the upcoming season. The most experienced of the trio is 21-year-old Varga, who made 38 appearances in the 2025/2026 season, recording one assist. HC Košice, based in Slovakia's second-largest city and one of the country's most decorated hockey clubs, has a tradition of developing young domestic talent alongside experienced players.
