Russian Strikes on Kharkiv and Danube Port Kill at Least Two Civilians

Share:

Russian attacks on the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv and the Danube port of Izmayil killed at least two civilians and caused damage to critical infrastructure. The strikes targeted both port facilities and energy infrastructure in southeastern Ukraine, continuing Moscow's campaign against Ukrainian civilian and economic targets. The attacks on Izmayil are particularly significant as the port serves as a crucial alternative route for Ukrainian grain exports after Russia withdrew from the Black Sea grain deal and has repeatedly targeted Ukraine's traditional Black Sea ports.
