Ukrainian rescue teams have concluded their search for victims at a residential building in Kharkiv that was struck by a Russian rocket, after two days of operations. The attack killed at least 10 people, including two children, according to officials. Ukrainian Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko confirmed that rescuers had recovered additional remains from the rubble that are now being identified. The incident represents another deadly strike on civilian infrastructure in Ukraine's second-largest city, which has been repeatedly targeted throughout Russia's invasion that began in February 2022.
