King Charles III to Visit US in Late April, Will Address Congress

British King Charles III will visit the United States in late April and deliver an address to the US Congress. The royal appearance before Congress will mark the first time a British monarch has spoken to the legislative body since 1991, when Queen Elizabeth II addressed a joint session during her state visit to America.
