
Levoča Unveils Renovated Historic Merchant House with New Gallery and Tourist Center

The eastern Slovak town of Levoča has opened a fully renovated historic merchant house following a 3.5 million euro restoration project. The restored building now houses a new art gallery and tourist information center, marking a significant cultural investment for the medieval town. The project represents one of the largest municipal investments in recent years for Levoča, which is known for its UNESCO World Heritage-listed historic center and serves as an important cultural destination in the Spiš region.
