One of the four Tajik nationals convicted for the deadly Crocus City Hall attack in Moscow has died by suicide in prison, according to Russian authorities. The man was among the gunmen who stormed the concert venue in Krasnogorsk, on Moscow's eastern outskirts, on March 22, 2024, shortly before a performance by Russian rock band Piknik was set to begin. A Moscow court sentenced all four Tajik citizens to life imprisonment in March for their role in the terrorist attack, which killed 145 people and wounded hundreds more in one of Russia's deadliest terror incidents in decades.
