Slovakia Moves Up Kindergarten Admissions Results Deadline

Slovak parents will learn earlier than previously scheduled whether their children have been accepted into public kindergartens, the Ministry of Education, Research, Development and Youth announced. The ministry's communications department said the ePrihlášky online admissions system — used to process kindergarten applications across Slovakia — successfully handled all submitted data ahead of schedule, allowing the results to be released sooner than originally planned. The earlier announcement gives families more time to make alternative childcare arrangements if needed before the upcoming school year.
