Court Overturns Ruling in Union Health Insurance Fund Lawsuit

A higher court has overturned a previous ruling in a lawsuit involving Union ZP, one of Slovakia's health insurance companies. The case concerning compensation claims will now return to the Bratislava IV District Court for a new decision. Union ZP is one of three health insurance funds operating in Slovakia's mandatory health insurance system, alongside the state-owned Všeobecná zdravotná poisťovňa and Dôvera health insurance company.
