A Slovak travel blogger known as Janka Travelhackerka suggests that passengers checking in last for flights on budget carriers like Wizz Air and Ryanair may receive better seat assignments. Janka Schweighoferová, who specializes in travel advice, also addressed passenger rights during Middle East travel disruptions, noting that compensation for accommodation and meals depends on where airlines are based and passenger destinations. She explained that airlines sometimes provide more assistance than legally required, often going beyond their minimum obligations to help stranded travelers.
