Share:

Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš convened an extraordinary meeting of the State Security Council following a fire at an ammunition factory in Pardubice, after an extremist group called The Earthquake Faction claimed responsibility for the incident. Police are investigating the blaze as a potential terrorist attack. The fire occurred at a facility owned by Czech defense contractor LPP Holding, which manufactures drones and other military equipment and has previously announced cooperation with Israeli defense company Elbit Systems. The incident raises concerns about potential targeting of defense facilities amid heightened security tensions in the region.
