A damaged Russian oil tanker that has been drifting at sea for more than two weeks will be towed to a port in Libya. The crew abandoned the vessel following an attack. The tanker had been left unmanned and adrift in Mediterranean waters, posing potential environmental and navigation hazards, before arrangements were made for its recovery to the Libyan facility.
