The transaction is subject to the fulfillment of customary closing conditions. Penta Investments is one of Central Europe's largest private investment groups, with holdings spanning healthcare, real estate, and financial services across multiple European countries. The acquisition marks a further expansion of Penta's healthcare footprint into the Baltic region.
